EXPANSION PLAN
         With the Electroplating Industry expanding at a rapid pace and the demand by customers for more functional applications, the
           company decided to change the venue.
         Keeping this in mind the management is expanding its horizons by setting up a quality Plating unit at Jigani Industrial Area with
           an area of 20,000 sq ft as a number ONE Special Processor in Quality to meet the Global requirements.
         The new facility will start functioning from the month of April 2010

Environmental Friendly
         Sheen gives high importance to the environment.
         Acid & Alkali dragouts are collected separately sent to Govt. Authorized Agencies for further disposal.

PLC System
SHEEN has the technical data working through the PLC system on fully automatic plant with 19 stations monitored through where in Five different plating Programs are stored. The above plant is imported from United States of America.

Coating Thickness Measurement
Sheen has a CMI 900, non-destructive coating thickness measuring instrument which is capable of measuring the thickness of virtually any coating, single layers, double layers, or almost any substrate with an accuracy of 99.99%. The above instrument is imported from United States of America.

Laboratory 
         Sheen has its own laboratory in which all the analysis is carried out with a team of Chemical Engineers and Lab Technicians.
         We also have a Non-Destructive Coating Thickness Measuring Instrument (CMI900), which can check Thickness with 0.02
            microns accuracy.
         Sheen uses a 20~40X Microscope to check the minor defects
         Sheen uses imported barrels and filters, for all aerospace processes.

Water 
SHEEN has well water and the water is de-ionised in the demineralising plant for operational purpose.

Man Power Resources
SHEEN has a 60 member strong team of highly skilled personnel, which includes Administration, Quality Manager, Quality inspectors, Production Manager, Chemical Engineers, Chemical Analysts Floor Supervisor, and Trained Platers.

Security
SHEEN gives Insurance coverage for all the materials/Goods received for job contract & SHEEN has taken strict measures to safe guard the materials by deploying security personnel round the clock.
