Back up Facility
SHEEN has installed 65 KVA Generator to avoid rejections and increase the plant efficiency from 80 to 90%.

SHEEN is committed to environment with full-fledged wastewater treatment system. Which is Eco friendly & also approved by the Karnataka state pollution control board.

PLC System
SHEEN has the technical data working through the PLC system on fully automatic plant with 19 stations monitored through where in Five different plating Programs are stored. The above plant is imported from United States of America.

Coating Thickness Measurement
The instrument can check Thickness, plated on the component under non-destructive method with 99.99% accuracy. Coating Thickness Measurement range will depend on how much coating material penetrates by x-ray fluorescence beam, Mostly common coating element of x-ray Florence can be able to measure any element for atomic number 22 to 92[i.e.] Au, Ni, Cu, Ti, Pd, Pb, Sn, Ag and etc. The above plant is imported from United States of America.

Laboratory 
SHEEN has its own laboratory in which all the analysis is carried out with a team of Chemical Engineers & Lab Technicians. 

Water 
SHEEN has well water and the water is de-ionised in the demineralising plant for operational purpose.

Man Power Resources
SHEEN has a 60 member strong team of highly skilled personnel, which includes Administration, Quality Manager, Quality inspectors, Production Manager, Chemical Engineers, Chemical Analysts Floor Supervisor, and Trained Platers.

Security
SHEEN gives Insurance coverage for all the materials/Goods received for job contract & SHEEN has taken strict measures to safe guard the materials by deploying security personnel round the clock.
